Dr. Marianna Makri – Co founder
Dr. Marianna Makri is the Co founder of Royal Capital Group. She is considered an expert in the field of corporate strategy and business planning. She has published numerous articles and contributed to several books on the topic of corporate governance in family firms. Dr. Makri also specializes in strategic consulting for businesses and/or developers who are considering financing as a part of growth or stabilization. Additionally, she has served as a technical expert for ‘Eurostars’, a program sponsored by the European Union (EU) for the benefit of small & medium Enterprises.
Dr Makri is an Associate Professor of Strategic Management at the University of Miami and holds a doctorate degree in Business Administration.

Leron Levy – Vice President of Operations/ Co founder
Leron Levy is vice president of operations and origination at Royal Capital Group. Leron specializes in underwriting including financial analysis, finance structuring, consulting and investor relationship management for small and large cap commercial developments as well as stabilized real estate properties. He has leveraged his success and experience to create a new model of service for clients seeking creative and innovative, yet sound, financial solutions.
Leron is a graduate of the W.P Carey School of Business with a Business Management degree from Arizona State University. Leron is also certified in Statistical Quality Analysis through Arizona State University.
Having a diverse background himself, that includes residing in USA, Israel and Germany, Leron understand and connects with clients form a variety of cultures. Additionally, Leron speaks Hebrew and is conversational in German.

Akali Dennie – Business Development Officer
Akali Dennie is the Commercial Business Development Manager here at Royal Capital Group. Akali has been involved in both commercial and residential lending since 1998. He specializes in pre-stabilized income producing properties with an expertise in large balance bridge financing. Akali has spent his entire career in the Real Estate business. He is proficient in loan structuring, credit/project analysis, and process management. Prior to joining Royal Capital Group, Akali served as the CEO of the boutique firm Equity Financial Funding, a subsidiary of Equity Financial Group, where he personally originated over $50MM in loans.
